Winnisquam Community Expo Event
Come join us for the first ever Winnisquam Community Expo Event to be held at Highland Mountain Bike Park. The event is scheduled for Monday, June 6th
from 5-7:30 with a rain date of Tuesday, June 7th at the same time and place. This event is free and students of all ages in the Winnisquam School
District are invited to attend with their families. The idea is to have many community resources available for students and families so they can
see all that our community has to offer. Highland Mountain will run their lift so that people can ride up and back down. There will also be bikes
available for students to try on an interactive ride zone, as well as, other games for kids.
Some groups attending will be: Hall Memorial Library, Sanbornton Public Library, Pines Community Center, Army Corps of Engineers, Outdoor New England, Girl Scouts, 4-H, Sanbornton Rec Center, Red Oak Montessori, Explore NH, Every Child is Ours, Tilton, Sanbornton and Northfield Police Departments, Sokol Fit Club, Sanbornton and Tilton-Northfield Fire Departments, Civil Air Patrol, Franklin Opera House, YAP (Youth Assistance Program), WRHS Drama, and River Bend.
Merrimack County Advocacy Center Forum

Congratulations at all art students whose work was selected to represent Winnisquam as it competed for recognition by "The Scholastic Art Awards of New Hampshire."
The work was judged on originality, technical skill, and the emergence of personal voice or vision.

Hanna Swain, Grade 8, received a Gold Key for her Ceramic "Octopus Jug"
Jenna Wilson, Grade 8, received a Silver Key for her "Time Traveler" Batik

New Articles in THE WOLF!
Please take a few minutes to check out our school's online newspaper, The Wolf. Our paper is fully researched, written, and edited by students during the RTI block. Our website is also designed and managed by students here at WRMS. Hopefully 'The Wolf' provides an opportunity for community members to see some of the things happening at our school, and a chance for our students to grow as researchers and writers.
