Sanbornton Central School is nestled in a rural setting in Sanbornton, NH.  Quality education combined with individualized attention is part of what makes Sanbornton Central School exceptional. The school boasts a beautiful new addition along with an impressive playground, which allows it to accommodate the area's growing needs.

The current population of the school is 197 students in Grades K-5. In addition to core subjects such as reading, math, science, social studies, and language arts, Sanbornton Central School offers programs in music, art, physical education, and computers.

The school is a Title I school with a supplemental reading program.  In addition, the federal Title I funds also enables us to have a K+ program, which means qualified students attend kindergarten for a full day for reinforcement of their academics.  Students, when they have accomplished their goals, then attend the half day kindergarten program only.  

The school's active PTO offers a variety of opportunities for educational experiences for its caring staff, supportive parents and community members … the backbone of the Sanbornton Central School.
